Your child's assessment, school newsletters, and photos are available online.
Each of our teachers are equipped with iPad Airs, a major tool that will allow them to design your child's assessments, classroom newsletters, and other handouts more beautifully and thoroughly than ever before.
Teachers will upload your child's documents online via Dropbox, a free secure online storage tool that only takes moments to join. You've recently provided us with your email address. Keep an eye on your inbox for two Dropbox folder invitations from South Hills. One of these folders will contain classroom handouts, shared with all parents from your child's class, while the other will contain your child's private assessment and photos, shared only with you, your child's teacher, and Ms Connie.
When you receive your Dropbox invitation via email, follow the instructions to create a free Dropbox account and then accept your invitation to join your child's folders. Read more about joining your child's shared folders here. Every time something is posted in one of your child's folders, you'll have immediate access to view and download it! PLEASE NOTE: Your child's assessment folder may be empty at this time, but it will be updated with your child's first assessment during assessment time!
We also HIGHLY RECOMMEND downloading Dropbox to your computer, smartphone, and/ or tablet. This way, you'll receive immediate notifications when your child's teacher or Ms Connie uploads something, whether it's a photo of your child or an important announcement. Refer to the links below to download Dropbox.
